These Terms of Service apply to lawfrogrnesq.com and all products and services offered by Law Frog RN Esq. (the "Law Frog RN, Esq. Learning Academy," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purpose only

Our study materials, videos, apps, and AI tools are for educational purposes only. They are not legal advice, medical advice, or professional advice, and they do not create an attorney-client or provider-patient relationship. Always follow your school's course materials, your instructors, your employer's policies, and applicable law.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. App passes give one person access for the period purchased and may not be shared or resold.

3. License to digital products

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute our materials, in whole or in part, without written permission. All content, including the Law Frog name, logo, and artwork, is owned by Law Frog RN Esq. and protected by copyright and trademark law.

4. AI-powered tools

Our Resume Builder, Interview Coach, and Essay Coach use artificial intelligence to give feedback. AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect, so review it carefully and use your own judgment. Do not enter confidential, patient, or client information into these tools. You are responsible for the work you submit to any school or employer, including following their rules on AI use.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

6. Refunds and shipping

Refunds and shipping are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided "as is," and Law Frog RN Esq. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including grades, exam results, employment decisions, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
